Character Trait of Month-Perseverance

The character trait of the month for January is Perseverance. Perseverance is pushing yourself to work through challenges and obstacles. It involves hard work, patience, and endurance without giving up. What is one way we can practice perseverance? Why is it important to develop perseverance.
